- No relationship implies endorsement by a third party unless explicitly confirmed in writing by that party

5.1 Core Ethical Position
Helixra is built on the principle that traditional games, cultural knowledge, and intangible heritage belong to the communities of Sri Lanka and the broader South Asian region. Yellow House Productions does not claim ownership over ancestral knowledge, gameplay traditions, or cultural expressions. This position is non-negotiable and applies to all activities of the company regardless of commercial context.

5.4 Benefit Sharing
Current benefit-sharing mechanisms include:
- Free access - the platform is free to play for all Sri Lankans and global audiences
- Attribution - all knowledge contributors are credited by name or as preferred
- Cultural preservation - the archive itself is a primary community benefit
- Revenue reinvestment - a stated proportion of commercial revenues is committed to further field documentation, community programmes, and traditional games activities
